This class will cover the essentials from meringue making to macronage, piping with precision to achieving the perfect pied (foot). Plus, learn how to make delectable fillings like chocolate ganache and buttercream.
We require no previous experience, just a desire to learn. Upon completing the class you will take home a box of assembled macarons, and the confidence and knowledge to make them at home. Wine, beverages, and appetizers will be served. $90 / 3 hour class.
